The HousingCleveland.org web site was launched in August, 2005, and is sponsored by Cuyahoga County, The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, Chase, and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. It was created to help people list and find affordable housing in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
This web site is a partnership effort of the many nonprofit and government organizations you see listed below. An advisory committee with representatives from these organizations is responsible for its oversight. Project management is provided by Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH) and United Way of Greater Cleveland's) 211/First Call For Help.
The site uses software created by Socialserve.com, a national non-profit provider of housing locator services. Socialserve.com is responsible for maintaining the site and providing toll-free call center support. For additional information on how to become a partner, please send an email to HousingCleveland@NEOCH.org.
